Tronox is currently seeking a Business Support Administrator for our Maintenance Team at Kwinana Pigment Plant, approx. 35-minute drive South of Perth with free parking available.
This is a permanent position and a great opportunity to grow and work with a Global company on a flexible 9-day fortnight roster, enjoy every second Friday off!
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Word processing and other general administration for the Maintenance group
- Coordinating and compiling reports
- Organization of meetings and appointments and the subsequent collation and follow up of minutes and actions
- Maintain documentation associated with: actions, business plan commitments, business monthly summary reports; communication newsletters, project folders, certificates of compliances, licenses, engineering reports etc. as required
- Document control for engineering drawings and management of change processes
- Populate monthly reporting for Maintenance group
- General clerical duties such as: purchase orders, work orders, work requests, electronic document signatures, general support etc
- Assistance with maintaining Capital AFE schedule with project tracking details as they progress from submission through to approval
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, Teams and PowerPoint
- SAP Capability - preferred not essential
- SharePoint and Teams knowledge - preferred not essential
- Intermediate Word and Excel knowledge - preferred not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working within the mining or manufacturing industry would be highly advantageous
- Liaise with multiple departments and professional (Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, T+I group etc)
