Tronox is currently seeking a Business Support Administrator for our Technology & Improvement (T&I) Team at Kwinana Pigment Plant, approx. 35 minute drive South of Perth.
This is a permanent position and a great opportunity to grow and work with a Global company on a flexible 9-day fortnight roster.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Maintaining Capital schedule with project tracking details as the capital projects progress from submission through to execution through the business' capital projects software program
- Administration of capital workflow processes from ideation of projects, procurement assistance, forecasting and accruals
- Organization of meetings and appointments and the subsequent collation and follow up of minutes and tracking actions
- Coordinating and compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Maintain documentation associated with: actions, business plan commitments, business monthly summary reports; communication newsletters, project folders, certificates of compliances, licenses, engineering reports etc. as required
- Document control for engineering drawings and management of change processes, ensuring correct revisions is maintained and approval workflow completed
- Administration of engineering drawings workflow and register, coordinating the work backlog and priorities in conjunction with the drafting department
- Maintaining the SharePoint and Teams Page for Technology and Improvement group
- General clerical duties such as: purchase orders, work orders, work requests, electronic document signatures, travel arrangements, general support etc
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Intermediate SharePoint and Teams knowledge
- SAP Capability - preferred not essential
- Excellent communication skills and coordination skills to be able to lead meetings and initiatives
- Keen to learn and capable to identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes
- Experience working within the mining or manufacturing industry would be highly advantageous
- Liaise with multiple departments and professional (Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, T+I group etc)
