Position: Business Support Administrator
Location: Brisbane, ADP Office
Role Purpose:
As a Business Support Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in our team by offering versatile administrative and Business Support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a lively environment, boasts strong communication abilities, and relishes the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Management: Oversee office supplies, collaborate with vendors, maintain meticulous records, and support with database upkeep.
Client and Team Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, handle administrative duties, and offer project support to the National Specialist Disciplines team, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day tasks and the coordination of events.
Personal Development: Cultivate professional relationships, work closely with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of high performance, and effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
What we’re looking for:
A relevant qualification in business administration.
Exceptional customer service skills and verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Office 365 and strong overall computer skills.
A team player who can maintain confidentiality, proactively manage their workload, and adapt to the dynamic needs of the business.
