THE ROLE
As Business Support Coordinator you will be responsible engaging with existing and prospective clients, facilitating their access to our Disability Services. The role will be vital in supporting change management and team collaboration to deliver expectational person-centered support.
Reporting to the Manger – Aged Care and Disability Services, the role will ensure that efficient and effective systems and processes are in place to support the Disability Services’ and CHSP goals and functions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary contact for the current and potential clients through phone-based and email interactions
- Assist in the assessment and manage the on-boarding of new clients
- Maintain accurate records and information within our CRM in a timely manner
- Assist in coordinating allied health services with participant needs, including reviewing and managing service agreements
- Work closely with the Allied Health Teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Working closely with the Quality team to maintain compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators
- Provide assistance to the Manager - Aged Care and Disability services, by way of data provision
- Continuous review to optimise customer onboarding processes for Disability Services and document changes
THE CANDIDATE
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of NDIS customer intake, plan management or similar
- Confident and proficient ICT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a CRM system
- Ability to work and collaborate with a wide range of professionals and stakeholders both internally and externally
- Work empathetically with clients and families providing a person-centered service
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, occasionally operating with incomplete information
