CleanTech Controls is an clean energy engineering company driving Australia’s transition to renewable energy. With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, we provide engineering services, manufacture electrical switchboards and carry out site testing across Australia. We focus on large scale solar, battery and electric vehicle projects. The office is located in Tempe.
We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Business Support/ Admin Manager to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a supporting role to the Managing Director and will be responsible for Business Support duties. They will manage one other person in the Business Support team
Requirements
- Friendly and personable demeanour
- Quick learner ready to take on a wide range of tasks
- Skilled spreadsheet user
- Relevant qualification in finance, accounting, business administration or related field is preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist the managing director in business management duties
- Maintain financial records on Xero
- Job adds, screening interviews, employee onboarding, sponsorship and general HR duties
- Liaising with customers to book in site work & freight
- Liaising with suppliers and issuing purchase orders
- Supporting accounts payable & receivable personel
- Managing marketing presence and socials
- General office management
Full training is provided and there are always people to support in the team.
