This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business processes, compliance standards, and Executive Support functions.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Support, Compliance & Processes Manager to oversee our Business Management System, maintain ISO certification obligations, and drive continuous improvement in our business processes and documentation. In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also be involved in some HR onboarding tasks. This is a varied role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Business Management System to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and improve business processes and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Manage the obligations for ISO certification, including conducting internal audits, coordinating external audits, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide Executive Support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Assist with HR onboarding tasks, such as preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft suite applications and provide training and support to staff as needed.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and experience managing ISO certification processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
