About the Total Range Certification Team:
Total Range Certification is a trading name for Toowoomba Regional Council, which provides building approval and consultancy services to the construction industry. We offer Building Certification Services to the Toowoomba Region and also deliver private certification services for customers in neighbouring local government areas. Our work involves a variety of aspects including client consultation, lodging and assessing building applications, inspecting building work and issuing documentation of approvals for all class buildings. We are a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking, initiative and the ability to work autonomously is required. We have legislative requirements that need to be adhered to, so time management is a priority. We pride ourselves on great Customer Service, liaising with all kinds of people from Builders, Referral Agencies, Solicitors, Owner Builders, Companies, stakeholders and the general public. We are a small, effective team with fun, light-hearted attitudes and would love to have someone like-minded who can get the job done with a bubbly, friendly and fun attitude.

About the position:
- This is a permanent full-time position based in the Toowoomba CBD.
- The annual salary range for this position is $70,069.71 - $75,434.70 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position:
- Hold the mandatory qualification(s), training and/or experience, as outlined under the 'Success Criteria' in the Position Description.
- Excellent customer service, oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, organisation and scheduling ability.
- Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
- Ability to gain knowledge of section policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
