The Role
Our client is currently seeking a Business Support Operator! This role is responsible for the data entry of Field Staff Labour Costing timesheets. Your duties will include:
- High volume data entry processing of timesheets
- Checking and validation of information prior to processing
- Ability to identify and resolve errors quickly
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email for any general enquiries
- Undertake general administration tasks as required
You
The successful candidates will have fast and accurate data entry. You will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Provide efficient and a high standard of data entry with high attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with recurring tasks
- Investigative skills in being able to research, identify and problem solve
- Time management with being able to organise and prioritise work being allocated
- Undertake general administration functions as required
- Strong team player with positive attitude
- Basic to Intermediate Excel skills
