The Opportunity
Some of your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the assigned Business Unit to deliver general administrative services;
- Demonstrate empathy and aptitude when working with individuals in remote communities;
- Maintain the confidentiality and discretion of sensitive information;
- Schedule and organise meetings and appointments;
- Utilise MS Word, Outlook, Excel, email, and internet applications proficiently;
- Prioritise tasks effectively and adhere to the organisation's Code of Conduct and Policies and Procedures.
- Demonstrated empathy for the needs of the target group;
- Preferable diploma qualification with a minimum of three years relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional customer service approach;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently;
- Current driver's license.
