Your new company
As a
Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the whole team. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, managing databases, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a full-time permanent position based in the Hobart CBD.
Your new role
Being part of a small team, you will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of duties and no two days will look the same. Some of the duties will be;
- Provide high-level administrative support to the team
- Assist with procurement of goods and services
- Manage databases and ensure data integrity
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders
- Various other adhoc administration duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you'll have demonstrated experience in a varied
Business Support Officer positions or similar roles, excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal), and a proven track record of general administration gained by practical experience. You'll also have the following;
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Proactive nature and a high level of initiative
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills
- Be a team player
- Strong client focus
