The role

The Business Support Officer is responsible for:

  • providing timely and high-quality administrative support, particularly to the property maintenance team
  • developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • providing high quality and responsive customer service
  • supporting the rostering team on a casual basis as required

Our ideal candidate

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • relevant experience and/or qualifications
  • proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
  • knowledge of client management systems and rostering
  • the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
