Salary $65,000 - $75,892 plus super + Fortnightly RDO’s

The opportunity
As a Business Support Officer, you will work closely with the entire Service Delivery Department. Your role will focus on providing comprehensive administrative support for the parks & reserves team & the civil operations team.
What you will do
- Significant experience working in an administrative role within an operational environment.
- Highly developed customer service skills.
- Well-developed computer and digital skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Possession of Current C Class Driver’s License.
- Possession of or ability to obtain a National Police Certificate
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in administrative support, preferably within engineering, operations, parks, local government, or infrastructure. (Highly desirable)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. (Desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
