About this role
Provide business administrative support in daily research activities including efficient and effective accounting; financial; and human resource processing for research activities and clinical trials; assisting in preparation of monthly financial and management reports; collation of data; and general business procedures support.
What we are looking for
Research Business Support (RBS) team is seeking qualified people with accounting and finance experience to provide support for clinical trial team and research staff to their business operations. Experience in the following essential criteria is critical to the role. It includes:
- Highly developed verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with a range of stakeholders in various contexts.
- Advanced skills of Microsoft Office Suite and computerised management information systems.
- Experience of using financial system – Oracle preferred.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to details and knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles.
