About the Role
This position offers an opportunity to work closely with the CEO and CFO to ensure a seamless coordination of administration and office related activities. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across a wide variety of projects and activities.
Your skills will be applied to both day to day administration requirements, corporate governance support, coordinating executive events, and supporting with internal and external communications.
This role is based in our Perth CBD Office. We embrace flexibility and for the right candidate we can support part-time and or hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Assisting management with day to day office administration
• Supporting Corporate Services with research, data and reports
• Development of social media, marketing, website and newsletter content
• Supporting executive management; for example assisting with the preparation and distribution of materials for meetings, including minute taking and following up on actions
• Coordinate and manage office related projects as directed by the executive team
• Plan and coordinate executive events, including internal meetings, off sites and client events
About You
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, a positive outlook and can manage multiple priorities with a high degree of professionalism.
You will have demonstrated experience in:
• Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written
• Fast learner that is eager to assist with the growth and the development of the business
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently, handle and resolve issues
• Well-developed computer skills including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
