An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Business Support Officer (Voluntary Assisted Dying) to join the Cancer Care Services Team at the Bundaberg, Hervey Bay or Maryborough Hospitals within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. Your opportunity:
- The Administration Officer's prime responsibility is to contribute to the work of the Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) Service to successfully implement and sustain a service that ensures all eligible Queenslanders and their significant others, receive compassionate, professional, safe and timely support and care.
Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases ( https://tinyurl.com/yc6pgyt2 )(VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB). You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $66,511 p.a., comprising salary between $44.48 - $49.00 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (Permanent Part Time, 45.6 hours p.f.).
