Located in the eastern region, Monash is a cosmopolitan and culturally diverse city, close to the demographic centre of Melbourne. The Community Amenity Business Support Team are currently seeking to appoint two highly skilled and motivated Business Support Officers to provide a wide range of administrative and Business Support services to the Public Health and Community Laws teams within the Community Amenity Department.   About the Position: The position involves providing administrative assistance for the Public Health and Community Laws teams, including registration, renewal and management of food and beauty premises, prescribed accommodation premises, animal registrations, and a wide range of permit issuing.

About you: An eye for attention to detail and continuous improvement  Demonstrated proficiency in the use of technology, systems and applications with experience in Pathway and/or TRIM highly desirable. Willingness to learn attitude Proven experience in an administrative or Business Support environment, Public Health administration desired but not required.
