This exciting 12-month opportunity is responsible for partnering with the business to ensure all applications and systems are fit for purpose. Responsibilities Liaise with business stakeholders to understand priorities and issues of systems.Investigate requirements, problems and opportunities across Business Systems and applications.Ensure applications/ projects are aligned to the IT and Digital strategy and budget.Manage relationships with application owners ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood and active applications are considered fit for purpose.Liaise with business stakeholders to understand & build process flows/journey mapsEffectively run multiple system / application reviews and implementations simultaneouslyDevelop business cases, prepare benefits realisation, create project schedules and project plans to meet scope, time, cost, security and quality requirements.Build and maintain stakeholders relationships, both internal & externalMaintain documentation for applications configuration, changes, testing and project administration in line with agreed methodologies.Provide support and advice to Application Owners in order to perform change management activitiesEnsure application owners have adequate training plans in place for stakeholdersSupporting system and user testing across projects.Work with stakeholders to analyse issues through process mapping, root cause analysis and work observations.Next Steps Applications must be submitted through our online system and should be in line with the Moonee Valley City Council Application Guide.
