Read on.This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Accommodation Manager at the Burnie Central Townhouse.What you'll do:Train and lead the front office team in exceptional guest serviceMonitor distribution channels and room rates in-line with contracts and demandAssist with front office staff rostering in consultation with Venue ManagerWork closely with the Housekeeping team on standards, times and responsibilities in-line with ALH expectationsFacilitate minimum brand standardsSupport local, state and national sales and marketing activities in-line with National Accommodation teamEffectively manage online reputation and guest reviews. EG- Google, Trip Advisor, Booking.comWhat you'll need:You will be passionate about mentoring and leading a teamCome with previous experience working within a hotel, ideally in a similar roleGain satisfaction for making our guests feel at home, and will develop a thorough knowledge of our hotel products and servicesEnjoy working in a fast-paced, busy environmentYou will take pride in your appearance and always lead by example as the face of ALHFlexible AvailabilityThe perks are good too!
