About the role
Reporting to the Head of Technology and working closely with other business units, this full-time role will utilise your technical and business expertise (including adoption of AI) to define and design solutions, deliver projects and maintain solutions. You will provide advice, support and training to all staff in their use of business applications and platforms including Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), SharePoint, Slack, Trello, ELMO, MYOB and other approved technology solutions.
Role responsibilities include:
- Contribute to THRF Group objective of providing modern, work-from-anywhere applications and productivity tools across the business by providing in-depth application and systems experience.
- Contribute to our strategic goal of ensuring people, process and technology put information and cyber-security at the forefront for all.
- Define, develop and maintain business system solutions.
- Manage Business Systems operations and initiatives.
