About the Role:
Are you a Business Systems expert with a passion for knowledge sharing and team development? Step into a pivotal role in a high performing team where you will shape the expertise of our workforce and contribute to the success of our operations. This role will be located at our Curragh mine in Blackwater.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead comprehensive ERP Systems proficiency programs, ensuring staff empowerment through effective training facilitation.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify specific ERP training needs and strategically design targeted learning interventions.
- Take on a mentoring role, guiding teams through applications to enhance their technical skills and proficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives, incorporating valuable feedback for ongoing refinement.
- Proactively engage in system-related audits and compliance checks, contributing to the maintenance of high standards at Coronado Global Resources.
About You:
- Hold a Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
- Showcase your in-depth expertise in ERP systems and applications (either Oracle or SAP).
- Highlight your experience in delivering training sessions and creating impactful learning materials.
- Emphasise your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Understand the importance of multiple training delivery methods and the key tools to utilise
