About Your New Role

As our Business & Technical Training Specialist, you will be a vital member of our team, providing support and training for new pharmacies joining the brand, and our existing network. This training and support is largely focused on the systems that make our pharmacy network run efficiently.

Working as part of the ‘Capability Team’, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create and deliver a training schedule for our in-store systems – including point-of-sale, eCommerce, inventory control and more.
  • You’ll focus on building efficiency through processes and will help leaders from the pharmacy network understand the benefits to implement new ways of working
  • You will work closely with our operations team to and create ‘train-the-trainer’ experiences that build their capability
  • You will be an integral part of the way that we on-board new pharmacies to TerryWhite Chemmart – setting them up for success from day one.
  • Build relationships with external software providers to enhance and optimise their learning assets for the benefits of the network.  

About You

You love systems. And you love people! You wake up excited about helping people find solutions to problems. Ideally, you have community pharmacy experience and understand different roles across retail management, stock control and dispensary. If you don’t have community pharmacy experience but tick the other boxes – you should still apply!

You’re an ambitious person with a love for helping people. And, you want to take the next step in your retail, pharmacy or training career.

  • A strategic thinker with exceptional planning skills, capable of envisioning and executing successful programs.
  • A persuasive communicator who can engage and influence various stakeholders
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, consistently delivering against priorities with enthusiasm and efficiency.
  • Organised and efficient.
  • Excited about the future and interested in helping us create a better future for Australian pharmacy.
