The main responsibilities include:
• Preparation of Technical Training courses that comply to Australian training standards and in line with Audi AG training requirements.
• Facilitation of Audi specific Apprentice Technical Training programs in line with the requirements from ASQA.
• Maintain up to date records of student enrolment, course participation and outcomes.
• Conduct student assessment in accordance with the guidelines.
• Stricly adhear to quality management systems and processes
• Comply with all Standards for RTOs stipulated by ASQA
To succeed in this role, candidates will need to possess the following:
• Qualified Motor Technician
• Proven experience in development and facilitation of Technical Training programs
• Natural presentation skills, an enquiring mind and friendly approach
• Exceptional communication skills
• A high level of technical skill with the Audi brand or another European manufacturer would be highly desirable.
