The opportunity:
As a Business Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a professional business environment. You will have the opportunity to complete a Cert 3 in Business, with funding support of up to $400 available for those who have not already obtained this qualification.

You’ll be involved in:
- Efficiently manage and organise orders for stationary, uniforms, and groceries for depots across South East Queensland and North Queensland.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ordered items.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as necessary to prevent shortages.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist when required in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a point of contact between the administration team and depots, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless flow of information.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, expenses, and other relevant administrative information.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
- Address and resolve any issues related to supplies or administrative processes promptly.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
