- Answering the phone and directing to appropriate people
- Taking messages and managing emails
- Data entry, filing and scanning
- Customer service – in person and over the phone
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programs
- Be well presented, professional, enthusiastic, reliable and punctual
- Be motivated with a positive attitude
- Have a high attention to detail and a great phone manner
- Have general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Drivers licence and own transport preferred
- Award wages (paid fortnightly) + Super + Holiday Leave Loading + Allowances.
- Full Time employment/contract.
- Upon completion: Certificate III in Business.
- A dedicated Field Officer to support you during your traineeship.
