Assist the team to provide a full-service from strategy, creative and media to clients.
About the Role
You will work across a range of media channels including television, radio, print, digital and cinema. This is a full-time entry level position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Complete a Certificate III or IV in Business. Study is completed within work hours.
Duties
- preparing media schedules
- preparing reports
- data entry
- answer, screen and transfer phone calls
- efficient and accurate data entry
- admin and housekeeping support as required
Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years customer service experience highly valued
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Reliable, enthusiastic and able to show initiative
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications
