A wonderful opportunity is available to work with one of Australian Training Company’s Host Employers in Strathfield. You will work as an Administration Assistant and complete a Certificate III in Business qualification over 12 months.
Traineeships allow you to work full time (38 hours per week) in a business environment and get paid to study with no course fees. This is a great way to kick-start your career with an opportunity of progression for the right person. This traineeship is mainly directed towards mature-aged students.
Our Host Employer is a registered NDIS provider who provides in-home aged and dementia care, or disability support to assist people to live independently at home. National Police Check is required.
The ideal candidate for the Administration Assistant position will require the following attributes:
- Passionate and caring
- Commitment to learning
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently & within a team environment
- Highly organised & handle multiple tasks at once
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams
- Fast learner to use database systems (CRM or similar)
The position is Monday - Friday between 9:00am to 5:00pm and will involve the following duties:
- Responsible for supporting client service delivery
- Provide administration support to maintain efficient customer service to clients
- Order office and catering supplies
- Sourcing and supply of uniforms & PPE
- Inbound / outbound correspondence
- Ensure the office is always clean and tidy
