Business Administration Traineeship NECA Education and Careers, in collaboration with a State Government department, invites applications for a full-time Business Trainee position located in Little River. This 12-month employment opportunity offers the successful candidate the chance to work full-time while completing a nationally recognized qualification. The candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the team. Key Accountabilities: Prepare rosters in advance and maintain the roster on a daily basis, Publish the fortnightly roster every fortnight, 6 weeks in advance.Perform daily quality checks and manually authorise any required outstanding timesheet exceptions from the previous working day.Perform daily and fortnightly salary checks and payroll previews and resolve anomalies to ensure that the payroll data is ready for Payroll processing..Manage and maintain user access permissions.Generate Reports to complete relevant rostering tasks for management purposes.Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with agreed standards and local operating procedures.Provide a range of high quality, confidential and efficient administrative services, and support to management.Assist in the ongoing review and monitoring of rostering procedures and practices.General administrative functions such as answering telephones, data processing and filling.General word processing and data entryLiaise with people at all levels, both within and outside of the DepartmentOther duties as required Key Selection Criteria: Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Ability to work effectively as part of a team to maximize efficiency.Innovative skills to continuously improve processes, systems, and practices.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.Solid written communication skills with attention to detail and experience in preparing correspondence and documents.Proficiency in MS office programs If you are ready to embrace a dynamic and rewarding career path, we encourage you to apply for this Business Traineeship position.
