About the role:
- Deliver engaging training
- Support students to meet assessment submission due dates
- General support for students with course questions and information
- Mark and assess student assessment submissions and provide the required feedback meeting KPIs
- Work with the liaison team member in reporting and compliance requirements.
- Collation, revision and assessment of written and practical course work, including recording and management of student files to a standard required by audit guidelines within the Student Management System
- Preparation of learning materials, course resources and the classroom environment ready for training delivery.
- Practical placement coordination and supervision.
- Industry networking and maintenance of currency.
- Maintaining an effective working relationship with employers and vocational placement organisations
Qualifications
Position 1:
- BSB30120 Certificate III in Business
- BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business
- BS50120 Diploma of Business
Position 2:
- BS50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
- BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management
- Business/ Management qualification or equivalent
(able to be demonstrated through Trainer Matrix) - TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Equivalent
Experience:
- Recent experience as a Trainer and Assessor - minimum 3 years
- Industry currency

Skills & Knowledge:
