Your role 

This is a fixed term role expected to conclude 26 June 2025. 

You will be responsible for driving organisational change and growth through the implementation and adoption of the new Home Care Platform software solution. The role is responsible for consulting with internal and external stakeholders, developing business strategies, and process improvement plans to assist in the successful delivery of the Home Care Platform project.

No two days are the same in this role, your responsibilities include: 

  • Lead business processes and identify areas for optimisation and transformation using applicable methodologies such as BPM, Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen to lead and drive process excellence initiatives. Focus on aligning business processes with strategic objectives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Manage the implementation strategy through coordinating the implementation activities, ensuring all business transformation strategies are integrated with the organisation’s enterprise architecture and business processes.  
  • Work closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager, and Project Trainer to develop and deliver targeted training materials that ensure end-user competence. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster effective teamwork and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.  
  • Map out and subsequently lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to a new platform and monitor adoption of new processes.  
  • Provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvement efforts post-implementation to sustain benefits realisation.  
  • Ensure all process documentation meets legislative and regulatory requirements. 
  • Advocate for high quality standards and continuous improvement across the project. 
  • Advise on best practices in change and transformation processes to help drive strategic decisions affecting the project's scope and direction. 

About you 

You have a proven track record in managing complex business transformation projects, especially technical integrations. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to manage stakeholders at various levels. 

You have a passion for the design and delivery of processes that are person centered and ensure positive customer experience. 

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Business, or other relevant discipline.  
  • Change Management qualification/certification (including change and communication management frameworks).  
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt of higher.  
  • Proficiency in process design, particularly BPMN 2.0.  
  • Current driver’s licence. 
  • Five years’ experience in roles focused on business transformation, change management or process improvement.  
  • Experience with business process reengineering, process mapping and workflow analysis.
