🐝 Position Summary
We're looking for an innovative Marketing Specialist to lead Busy Bees Centres into our next chapter of growth and innovation, aiming to redefine the future of early learning.
This is a dynamic and exciting role, set in a growing sector that has an important impact in families and communities. You'll be behind the national and local communication and marketing strategies for Busy Bees Centre's nationwide. Your work will be pivotal in supporting our incredible Early Learning staff, parents, and children.
This isn't your typical desk job; it's a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact. We need someone with expertise in running results-driving national and local marketing and communications campaigns. Moreover, we value someone with a talent for cultivating relationships and immersing themselves in our Centre's to understand their unique needs.
Experience in marketing multiple services or retail across different markets is advantageous.
Rest assured, you'll have the backing of a growing team (Creative Lead, Digital Specialist) and the guidance of a seasoned Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing. Together, we're committed to driving family enquiries, boosting retention rates, and elevating overall parent and children satisfaction across our Centre's.
🐝 Required Qualifications and Clearances
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing and Communications or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
- Working with children check (or the ability get one)
- Driver's license
- Right to work in Australia that is valid for at minimum two (2) years
🐝 Required Experience and Ideal Skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in retail or service sectors
- Experienced in developing and delivering successful national and local marketing strategies
- Experienced in delivering creative and communications across an integrated marketing mix - ATL and BTL channels, particularly Social Media, Search, Native Adverting, Radio, Out-of-Home, Signage, Point-of-Sale and Print.
- Experienced in developing compelling Email and SMS content strategies that deliver the best customer journeys
- Experienced in developing and deploying Email and SMS communications, including automation principles
- Experienced in print, merchandise and production management
- Experienced in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Some experience in managing and monitoring advertising plans and optimising them over time to meet business objectives
- Some experience in working with paid and earned media experts to brief, plan and optimise media activity based on performance, particularly in digital channels
- Ability to manage and monitor advertising plans and optimising them over time to meet business objectives
- Ability to meet deadlines, plan and manage timelines, prioritise multiple tasks effectively, and work as part of a larger team and project group
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive and collaborative team
- Budget management skills to effectively allocate resources and monitor expenditures.
