The Role:
Spearhead our City’s journey towards digital excellence! As Business Transformation Lead you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, lead a project board and work towards optimising and transforming our technology platforms to enhance organisational performance.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the way: Take the lead of our Business Transformation Board, helping to prioritise and evaluate digital and technological projects.
- Fuel innovation: Drive forward-thinking initiatives to consider what is possible, while keeping an eye on real-world impacts.
- Forge partnerships: Develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as across the local government sector.
- Empower change: You’ll be the champion in a culture of continuous improvement, assisting the City to embrace new ideas, approaches and to deliver on best practice outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional project management capabilities to consider and evaluate technology solutions
- A relationship-builder who is equally adept at project delivery
- A change-agent who can ensure the change is meeting the needs of the City and is communicated effectively
- Demonstrated experience in delivering great outcomes, whilst juggling multiple projects simultaneously
