Location:(Information about the host)What's involved:As the Apprentice Butcher, you will have the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills within the Butchery industry assisting in the below tasks, but not limited to:

• Work closely with the team to learn all aspects of a becoming a successful butcher.
• Provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
• Ensuring that meat recipes are followed properly during preparation.
• Cut, trim and shape standard cuts of meat to size.
• Assemble and operate mincers, grinders, mixers, patty-forming or sausage forming machines.

To suit this role you will be eager, reliable and have a passion for all things meat! You will take pride in your presentation, have good communication skills and seek out opportunities to learn in your everyday duties.Wage:Award Wages ApplyIn order to be eligible for an apprenticeship in NSW you must be either an:

• Australian Citizenship
• Australian Permanent Residency
• New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months.
