You will work as part of our committed and creative team who provide holistic support to participants get the best from their plan, their community, and their lives.
We have an exciting opportunity for an office-based administration support role working with our Support Coordination team.
This Administration support role sits within our Support Coordination team and includes the following areas:
- Supporting SC at Care Team meetings, assisting to take minutes and circulate post meeting
- Monitoring of rollover Service Agreements
- Liaise with participants to support the signing of service agreements and other documentation
- Update and review system information as required
- Answer calls, if and when required
- Monitor and manage the email inbox
- Monitor and manage new enquiries
- Create and maintain waitlist spreadsheet
What you will need for this position:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an office-based administration role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- A willingness to learn and thrive
- Ability to maintain excellent record keeping, data, professional standard emails and correspondence
- Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively
- Passion for helping and supporting those who are living with a disability
- Previous experience in prioritising and managing workload within a busy environment
- Understanding of the NDIS
- A valid driver's license
- A Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
- A NDIS Workers Screening check (or willing to obtain)
- Cert IV in Disability, Allied Health, Community Service or Social Work (preferred)

This position is paid under the SCHADS Award at a Level 3.1 and paid at a level in line with experience. Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 available including Meals and Entertainment benefits.
