Role Summary:
As a Buyer’s Agent/Advocate, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property search journey. You will work directly alongside the Acquisition Head, receiving guidance and mentorship from industry experts dedicated to fostering your professional development. This remote-based ‘work from home’ position offers the flexibility and convenience of working from home, with occasional face-to-face interactions or events required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in locating and sourcing properties that meet our client's requirements, utilising major real estate listing sites and working with agents to source off-market, pre-sale, and on-market opportunities.
- Conducted market and property analysis via our various data platforms and prepare Due Diligence Report to support property acquisition decisions.
- Liaise and build solid relationships with real estate agents and other industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Attend property inspections, providing valuable insights and recommendations, as well as providing thorough and detailed videos for our clients
- Attend Building & Pest and pre-settlement inspections (as required).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless buying experience for clients.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, industry news, and property regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM and workflow systems with relevant information.
Requirements:
- Hold a part or full real estate license allowing you to operate as a Buyer’s Agent in QLD
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate buying or property investing.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills with the ability to read clients, build rapport, articulate and sell the commercial benefits of the property you are proposing for purchase.
- Excellent attention to detail, research, and reporting skills to ensure accurate property recommendations.
- Resourceful and self-starting mindset, continuously seeking answers and staying up-to-date with market knowledge.
- Proficiency with various computer systems and technology to extract data from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possess a car and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work weekends for property viewings (when required)
- Passion for the Australian property market and its dynamics.
