The Role – Associate Buyers Agent:
This position will initially be responsible for assisting the team of Buyers Agents with searching and sourcing property for clients and attending inspections. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Director, receiving valuable guidance and mentorship, with the goal of transitioning to a Buyers Agent role once you have learnt the ropes. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service, ensuring clients find properties that perfectly match their objectives.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Working alongside the team of Buyers Agents
- Liasing with sales agents and developing strong relationships to assist with:
- Searching and sourcing properties that meet our client’s brief
- Attending property inspections and providing valuable insights and recommendations
- Conducting thorough due diligence on selected properties to ensure clients make informed decisions
- Liaising with other professionals involved in the buying process, such as mortgage brokers, financial planners, and conveyancers, to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction
- Attending Building & Pest and pre-settlement inspections as required
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism in handling client transactions
Requirements:
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence essential
- Prior experience in property buying, real estate, or related field ideal
- Car and Drivers Licence essential
- Flexible working arrangement but must be able to work weekends to view properties
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster strong relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills
