ENTHUSIASTIC & ENERGETIC Buyers Agent Role
The Role:
We are a high-performing mortgage brokerage located in Balmain with a niche focus on the exciting world of investment lending.
We are looking to expand our offering to include a buyers agency service.
This is a newly created role and requires someone who possesses the following skills and characteristics;
- Existing Buyers Agent looking to join an ambitious team
- Has a passion for property and helping people build wealth through acquiring a property portfolio
- Has a strong network of industry professionals
- You must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service
- A strong history in real estate sales
- A can-do attitude/problem solver
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial minded
The Day to Day:
As the lead Buyers Agent you will work collaboratively with the business directors on the day to day operations of the business.
You will have full autonomy to execute the agreed strategy with a focus on KPI's.
As part of the buyers agency service you will focus on the following but not limited to;
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand the customers needs and objectives.
- Sourcing, evaluate and delivering suitable properties to clients.
- Strong understanding of property market(s)
- Building strong relationships with real estate agents to secure off market transactions for customers
- Negotiate on properties and execute contracts
- Liaise with clients on building and pest inspection reports
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, real estate agents
- Contribute to social media content production/management
- CRM Management
You will have access to our existing customer database to upsell the buyers agency service. You will be provided with warm pre-approved leads but will also be prospecting yourself through your own network.
We offer our clients a bit of the good old fashion customer service but are not shy in applying some new tech to the process to make everyone’s life that bit easier.
We not only know what our clients want, but what they need, and this has allowed us to build a detailed framework catered to all their pain points. This deep understanding has allowed us to scale our business to which we are now embarking on our next evolution
