I am going to be straight with you, we’re looking for a gun Buyers Agent who is looking to do what they do best - Find, Negotiate and Secure epic investment properties for grateful clients and get handsomely rewarded for it. 

About The Role

We want someone with at least 2 years experience as a BA, has a class 1 licence in Real Estate and a passion for helping others. If you have what it takes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibility

• Find, Negotiate and Secure investment grade properties from start to finish
• Researching, searching and presenting properties in line with client briefs
• Completing due diligence on selected properties including assessing future potential and any risks that may exist
• Organising inspections with the real estate agent and inspector
• Liaising with the Property Team including the relevant Conveyancers, Mortgage Brokers, Property Managers and Pest & Building Inspectors 
• Managing client relations via phone and email 
• Negotiating on properties and bidding at auction
• Managing the settlement process 
• Building solid relationships with real estate agents and the Property Team
• Reporting to and working alongside the Director - Joe Tucker
• This is a work from home position Monday - Friday. However due to the nature of the real estate industry, occasionally some work may be required at the weekend i.e in order to secure a particular property you may need to negotiate on a saturday after the open home and look at inspection videos. 

About You

• Be an active Property Investor
• Know an investment grade property is
• Already bought a number of properties
• Possess highly developed customer focused skills as well as excellent sales, influencing and negotiation skills
• Have the ability to motivate others and build great relationships
• Be a team player and also have the ability to work autonomously
• Have minimum 2+ years experience as a Buyers Agent and hold a Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence along with a current Australian Driver’s Licence
