Qualifications/requirements:
- Class 2 Real Estate License
- Process-driven mindset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Ability to operate within an existing structure
- Prior experience in sales or Buyers Agent roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and willingness to learn new software
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- The ability to co-ordinate multiple clients at any given time
Role Overview:
The Buyers Agent role will involve sourcing properties, conducting due diligence, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The successful candidate will learn and execute processes critical to success, with potential for a salary or commission structure (we are open to a mix of both for the right candidate). You will also be responsible for client acquisition, relationship building, and supporting the director as needed.
