As a result, an opportunity has become available for an exceptional Buyers Agent to join our rapidly expanding PERTH team.

Importantly, we are flexible with hourly requirements and are open to a full time, part time or contract engagement with the successful candidate.

The Role:

If you are energetic, very well organized and love helping people find their perfect home or investment property, then this role could be for you.

• Use Providence tools and systems to locate, negotiate and buy property suitable to our client’s brief for investment or owner occupier purposes
• Research and Search for property based on client requirements
• Negotiate with selling agents and clients
• Attend auctions and bid to win
• Be the first to source property through agents or privately via our in-house systems
• Provide clients with after sales support and services
• With our extensive relationships, Providence generate significant amounts of qualified buyers ready for our Buyers Agents to take care every week. What this means is you can focus on being a great Buyers Agent and this role is less dependent on prospecting and building your own leads.
• Develop new relationships with clients and build up your network of referral sources
• Prospect, follow up and engage new clients, past clients and referral partners

Essential, non-negotiable criteria

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Real Estate Industry as a Buyer's Agent, Sellers Agent or Property Valuer
• You must hold a current Real Estate Registration Certificate Number
• You must hold a current drivers licence
• You must currently have a safe, reliable car
