THE WHAT

• Represent buyers in property transactions, providing expert guidance and negotiation support.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify suitable properties for your clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and facilitate the buying process from start to finish.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments. 

THE NITTY GRITTY

• Relevant experience in real estate, preferably as a Buyers Agent or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Knowledge of the local property market and real estate regulations.
• Current Sales Registration – mandatory
