We are currently working with a highly respected, award winning Real Estate Agent, based in a beautiful suburb 10 min North of the CBD, who delivers outstanding results and service
Each of your days will be varied, interesting, and challenging working as part of this high performing yet fun and social business unit.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Drafting proposals and letters
- Attending open homes
- Attending & Preparing for Auctions
- Managing Buyers & Vendors
- Buyer follow up calls
- Call backs, scoping for new opportunities with existing clients
- Negotiating sales
- Analysing the market & trends
- Supporting an Award Winning agent in the Inner Northern Suburbs
- Database management
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Must have Certificate of Registration
- 6 months real estate experience is preferred
- Reliable and a team player
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Ability to problem-solve and solutions-driven
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
- Strong administration and computer literacy skills
