Job Overview:
Working closely with the Director of Recruitment, the Recruitment Coordinator will assist in the sourcing of suitable candidates both local and sometimes international for a range of technical roles within the engineering business. The primary function of this role will include researching, sourcing, screening and the referral of potential candidates through the internal recruitment process. Your time will be spent working on targeted recruitment campaigns, social media as well as training and University job boards to find and recruit top talent!
Key Responsibilities
- Posting job advertisements on job boards and social media sites
- Reviewing a high volume of CV’s for open jobs
- Telephone screen candidates in line with key job requirements and fit within the business
- Provide written summaries of shortlisted candidates to team leaders and department heads while following through on any other tasks such as reference checking, assessment booking, emails etc.
- Assist in onboarding of new staff
