AusTrials is a leading private Clinical Trial site organisation, operated by an experienced team of medical officers and study coordinators.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our recruitment team as a Recruitment Officer. Be the first point of contact for new potential participants and facilitate their inclusion into medical studies. You will be delivering accurate medical information across various medical areas to potential participants and designing recruitment strategies for Clinical Trials.

Duties of the role:
- Direct contact with new potential participants via phone, email, and SMS
- Confident management of study information and ability to communicate and educate potential participants
- Organizing and facilitating appointments for participants
- Expansion and upkeep of participant database
- Creating and implementing communication tools
- Liaising with site managers and study investigators to tailor recruitment strategies that best adapt to specific studies
- Creating and implementing strategies and study-specific recruitment material to optimize recruitment
About you:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent use of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Confident and positive manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, proactive, and driven.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Nursing / pharmacy/ medical background and understanding of medications and conditions
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
