The successful applicant will work alongside the Director gaining exposure to all facets of real estate sales, working closely with buyers to secure them the best property available.
About the role

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who is excited about everything sales-related!
You will have the opportunity to work alongside one of the best sales directors in the industry and be a part of a thriving team that offers excellent career opportunities. This role will allow you to work closely with the Director to learn the ins and outs of sales before stepping into your own patch where you will be responsible for growing your own sales business.
Duties will be supporting sales agents with:

• Liaison with Buyers and Sellers
• Provided with leads to allow you to grow your brand and reputation
• Attending various appointments such as property photoshoots and Open homes
• Marketing to generate leads
• Manage and oversee marketing responsibilities such as prints, signage, brochures, and home opens with the Sales PA
• Appraisal preparation and presentation
• Showing properties when requested and attending weekend home opens
• Sales to settlement coordination - liaising with settlement agents, buyers, and sellers
• One-on-one inspections
• Conduct/ attend auctions when permitted
• Some administration as required

About you

• Real Estate Sales Registration
• Willing to work some weekends to assist with home opens
• Team player
• Australian Driver's Licence
• Excellent time management skills
• A well-presented and reliable vehicle
• Professional presentation and vibrant personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills and personal skills
