Welink Recruitment have partnered with a multi-disciplinary joinery organisation supplying products and services to the residential & commercial construction markets. This privately-owned Joinery business is located in Western Sydney with plenty of parking on-site.
THE ROLE
This Joinery Organisation is looking to assemble a WHOLE NEW TEAM, therefore, there are multiple vacancies and we are looking for; Cabinet Makers / Cabinet Assemblers / Detailed Joiners / CNC Operator / Site Installers / Factory General Hand. You will be based predominantly in the workshop supporting the business’ Machining Department, Assembly Operation and/or MDF factory.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have a previously worked within a Joinery factory as a Cabinet Maker / Detailed Joiner / Site Installer. Additionally, you will have;

You will be based predominantly in the workshop supporting the business’ Machining Department, Assembly Operation and/or MDF factory.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have a previously worked within a Joinery factory as a Cabinet Maker / Detailed Joiner / Site Installer. Additionally, you will have;
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Carpentry / Cabinet Making
- Relevant experience working as a Cabinet Assembler in a joinery workshop or on site
- Strong tenure working with previous joinery companies
- Strong experience operating CNC, Edge Banders, Hand & Power Tools
- Read and interpret detailed diagrams, job sheets & cutting lists
- Strong attention to detail with ability to problem solve
