Since our inception we have successfully collaborated on a wide variety of projects for hospitality, commercial and healthcare developments throughout Australia, and to date remain one of the most advanced furniture manufacturing companies countrywide.We are currently seeking an experienced Cabinetmaker to join our team in Malaga.Applicants must have held a Cabinet Making trade certificate for at least 6 years, and demonstrate a minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role.The ideal candidate for Frontline Interiors should possess proficiency in using machinery and tools, be able to understand how to read workshop drawings. and have a keen ability to distinguish standards of quality.Applicants report to the Factory Manager and be responsible for knocking up and building all cabinetwork to the highest standard. Additional responsibilities include:
- Inspection of joinery items once completed with Setout Department and Factory Manager before dismantling.
- Ensure all cutlists, plans and relevant consumables are placed back into plastic bags and taped to joinery.
- Check all sizes of joinery items with plans and measurements provided.
- Ensure all Joinery is clean and tidy once ready for delivery.
- Ensure Quality Checklist is signed with Factory Manager and Setout Department present.
- Clean work area on a daily basis - empty bins to main bins outside.
- Ensure regular maintenance of tools on a weekly basis.This position requires a commitment to full-time employment, with 8 hours scheduled from Monday to Thursday and 6 hours on Friday.
