We are currently looking to fill three key positions:
1. Cabinet Maker
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated cabinet maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the assembly and installation of bespoke cabinetry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install cabinets and joinery as per design specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precision.
- Install fittings and fixtures to meet high-quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.
Qualifications and Traits:
- Experience in cabinetry or joinery.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport.
- Own set of professional woodworking tools.
- Physically fit and detail-oriented.
- Committed to safety and teamwork.
2. Leading Hand Cabinetry Maker/Joiner
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Leading HandCabinetry Maker/Joiner to lead and supervise our cabinetry team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cabinetry and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the cabinetry team.
- Assemble and install bespoke cabinets and joinery.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Mentor and train team members.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
Qualifications and Traits:
- Proven experience as a Cabinetry Maker/Joiner with leadership capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport.
- Own set of professional woodworking tools.
- Current white card holder.
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and strong leadership skills.
3. Contracted Cabinetry Installer
Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Contracted Cabinetry Installer to work on a project basis. The ideal candidate will be experienced in installing cabinetry and joinery and can work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install cabinets and joinery according to design specifications.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with the project manager and team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications and Traits:
- Extensive experience in cabinetry installation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport.
- Own set of professional woodworking tools.
- Current white card holder.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
