AddressEngage Psychology is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in a Clinical Practice Supervisor role.

The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified practitioner to join our team in one of our Practice Supervisor roles. The candidate will have an excellent understanding of Positive Behaviour Support, restrictive practices, and writing/ evaluating Positive Behaviour Support plans. You will provide regular supervision and mentorship for clinicians and be an active part of stakeholder relationships with the supervisee clinician as needed.
Editing the clinician's written work is a critical component of the role. We have a high standard for our written plans, and all work must be reviewed at least once before release.
About you
- The role is open to psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists with credentials in Positive Behaviour Support.
- Formal training in Positive Behaviour Support and experience in writing and implementing plans.
- Strong knowledge of legislation and best practice regarding Positive Behaviour Support and restrictive practices.
- A desire to mentor clinicians.
- A strong ethical compass and cultivates credibility.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive outlook, ready to take on the day to day opportunities to solve problems.
The Package
- $124,000 base salary + superannuation
- Monthly bonus for reaching clinical excellence indicators
- Annual PD allowance + 2 days of paid training leave
- One day work from home for report editing and admin tasks
