The Microvellum Drafter would be part of CFM (Aust) ever-growing and adaptive team. You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive team environment that are committed to growth and high-quality delivery.
CFM (Aust) would shape the role to your talents. The Microvellum Drafter would be mostly completing shop drawing for Builders programming Auto CAD drawings and Microvellum to complete joinery to a high standard. It could involve working towards and developing a Project Co-ordinators role to complete Joinery from drafting through to completion.

A solid workflow of commercial drafting will see you able to settle into a fantastic routine where you will be afforded a lot of independence and autonomy in your day-to-day work.
Requirements:
- Experience in the cabinet making industry with a background in joinery construction methods will be considered highly but not essential
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised with proven time management skills
- Salary package tailored to personal qualifications and experience
- Microvellum experience preferred but other drafting experience will be considered
- Understanding of architectural plans
Duties include:
- Reading and interpreting plans for production
- Reading and understanding architectural drawings
- Producing drawings from architectural plans
- Preparing drawings for machining on CNC
- Problem solving any design issues
- Producing cabinetry drawings and cutting lists for production
