In Geelong area, we are looking for someone who thrives on being the influencer, with the ability to develop professional relationships within our independent supermarkets plus petrol and convenience, to optimise base sales, NPD & promotions and work as a business mentor. You will ensure great visibility in store and delivery of sales capabilities and with a relentless mindset, will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives.

As Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in looking after a large territory, ideally living in the Geelong area where you will service out to Werribee and Point Cook areas plus across to Apollo Bay, so your drive and strong planning will set you up for success!

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  • Use strong selling techniques to influence growth
  • Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
  • Report on activities.

  • A willingness to travel within the region, supporting both your merchandisers and the Customer

Job specific requirements:

We also provide a fully maintained company vehicle, hence you must have a valid full unrestricted driver’s license and proven safe driving record.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays.

Travel requirements:

A willingness to travel within the territory, no over-night stays required with the travel of this role/customers.
